    The CS Account Support Rep is a role with the responsibility to assist clients with requests related to their account.  The ideal candidate must be a detail-oriented individual with effective communication and organizational skills. He/she will have the ability to adapt quickly to constant changes and strives to exceed customer satisfaction. Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

    Responsibilities

    • Modify/create new packages that will meet client’s needs.
    • Create or deactivate user login credentials.
    • Understand and provide accurate information on products and services.
    • Prepare/analyze/provide customized reports as requested.
    • Maintain account information using Salesforce.com.
    • Provide support and assistance to clients for all invoice questions.
    • Troubleshoot and problem solve.
    • Handle and successfully resolve client escalations.
    • Very skillful in formulating solutions while making difficult decisions.
    • Identify and suggest best solutions.
    • Conduct some new user training.

    Qualifications

     

    Requirements, Skills, and Education

     

    • Must have 2-3 years of customer service experience
    • Some Account Support experience desired
    • Experience in background screening industry desired
    • High School Graduate
    • Ability to effectively perform multiple job functions to meet deadlines.
    • Must be organized and able to manage time well.
    • Demonstrated ability to think quickly and resolve problems.
    • Ability to learn quickly and retain knowledge
    • Basic computer skills, including working knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Salesforce)
    • Strong working knowledge of the internet.
    • Strong written, verbal and presentation skills.
