    The Verification Researcher is responsible for confirming an applicant’s employment experience and educational background by contacting academic institutions, schools, employers, or online databases (known as “sources”) directly, primarily via telephone, and more infrequently via fax, email or via the Internet. The Verification Researcher will need to compare the information provided to you in an online queue assigned to you with these external sources to verify the accuracy of the information that was provided to us.

    Responsibilities (Duties):


    Expected Accomplishments:


    First 30 days:


    • Become familiar with company systems, tools, guidelines and resources
    • Learn and apply compliance guidelines to searches
    • Manually process incoming searches from designated queues


    First 60 days:


    • Ramp up knowledge and skills to comfortably achieve specified daily production goals
    • Able to be at full production
    • Enter data of results into company’s systems




    • Maintain, if not exceed, client expectations and service level agreements
    • Respond to escalated issues
    • Work closely with management in creating solutions to client requests
    • Other duties as assigned


    Requirements, Skills, and Education


    • Excellent written and verbal communication skills and Internet research skills. 
    • Computer Skills: Typing, Microsoft Office (Word/Outlook/Excel), Internet and ability to learn new technology.
    • Ability to foster communication across departments.
    • Ability to work independently and with minimal supervision.
    • Education - Associates or Bachelor’s degree preferred.
    • Multilingual preferred.
